As of August 2023, we are a signatory of the United Nations’ Principles for Responsible Investment (UN PRI), reinforcing our commitment to responsible and ethical investment practices.

Over 50% of our AUM includes assets with green building certifications such as BREEAM, LEED, and WELL, ensuring compliance with the highest environmental standards.

We participate in GRESB benchmarking, MSCI ESG Ratings, and EPRA assessments, ensuring that our assets meet top-tier sustainability performance indicators.

ESG Data Collection & Performance Monitoring

We enhance ESG data collection and monitoring by partnering with leading sustainability data providers such as Conservice, SignaTerre, Deepki, and Technis.

ESG Report FY2024

We conduct an annual ESG reporting exercise to track and disclose progress. Our Stoneweg European REIT and Varia US Properties portfolios publish dedicated sustainability reports to ensure transparency with investors and stakeholders.
